Georgia chairs Rubicon’s Board of Directors. She coalesces the input of the ownership group, Rubicon’s independent directors, and management into a unified vision for the company, providing insight through her years of experience to the executive team as they implement the company’s strategic initiatives.
Georgia has previously served as the Chair of the Planning Commission for the City of Lebanon and served as a director and Finance Committee Chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis. Georgia holds a BA in Political Science from Willamette University, an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, and certificates in Governing Family Enterprises, Family Enterprise Boards and Finance for Non-Financial Executives from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
