Throughout his career, Justin has held pivotal roles, notably spending nearly 15 years as the Director of Real Estate for a prominent regional health system in Southern Oregon. During his tenure, he oversaw a healthcare real estate portfolio valued at over half a billion dollars, spearheading the development of more than 50 construction projects annually and strategically managing key properties. He brought this experience to Rubicon Investments and has utilized his experience to support the CEO in the growth of its real estate portfolio, doubling the assets under management.
At Rubicon, Justin holds a principal role in real property development and portfolio management, leveraging his extensive executive-level experience in managing healthcare, government office, and general commercial office construction.
