Rubicon Investments Purchases Building in Gold Beach

On December 31st, 2019 Gold Beach Holding, LLC, a fully owned subsidiary of Rubicon Investments purchased an 11,200 square foot building in Gold Beach, Oregon. The building is currently leased to the Department of Human Services(DHS) regional office.

This purchase represents the second actively running DHS facility that Rubicon owns. The company also has in the pipeline two new construction developments for DHS regional offices in Klamath Falls and Gresham.
