The North Albany Clinic was a build to suit designed for the Corvallis Clinic in 2018. This buildings layout has been recognized be physicians for it’s ideal design allowing for better work flow.

Harvard West is a prime example of Rubicon’s ability to redevelop a building to meet the needs of their tenants. Where this now 80,000 Square foot building sits was once home to the old community hospital. With only 40,000 square feet of the old structure to work with Rubicon Investments was able to craft an addition to this building to house the regional Department of Human Services office.
