Shelley oversees the day-to-day operations of the central & coastal Oregon region properties within Rubicon’s portfolio. She is responsible for overseeing general building maintenance and delivery of first-class service to tenant requests. She serves as the first point of contact for preventative and corrective repair work throughout her region, working in conjunction with the rest of the property management team to build and track building maintenance budgets as well as condition reporting.
